More good real estate news Valley wide: April closings were up 7,294 units closed. Another 9% over March. So we had in January and February about 5,000 closings and in March a huge 30% increase to 6,700 closings and now a 9% increase. The trend is looking good! April of 2013 there were 8,618 units sold..we’re catching up folks! Sellers – hang in there and Buyers – think about making that move!
